About Tenderly Data
Tenderly Data publishes free weekly snapshots of public procurement and company-registry data, and builds data tools on the Apify platform that run the same searches on demand. Each page is generated automatically from the official source; we don't edit or rank the records.
Sources and licences
- US federal contracts: Data: SAM.gov Contract Opportunities data extract (U.S. General Services Administration). U.S. government works are in the public domain. Point-of-contact details are removed from this site.
- New UK companies: Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Source: Companies House Public Data API. Only company-level data is shown; officers and persons with significant control are not published here.
- EU & UK public tenders: EU notices: TED – Tenders Electronic Daily, © European Union, reused under the Commission Decision 2011/833/EU reuse policy. UK notices: Find a Tender, contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Titles are shown as published; always check the official notice.
- Startup funding (SEC Form D): Data: SEC EDGAR Form D filings (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission), public information. Only issuer (company) data is shown; related persons and signatories are not published here.

Data can be delayed, incomplete or corrected later by the publisher: always rely on the official record.
Privacy: company data only
We publish organisation-level data only. We deliberately do not publish names, emails or phone numbers of individuals (for example company officers, persons with significant control, Form D related persons or SAM.gov points of contact), and we do not publish street addresses of UK companies. If you think a page shows personal data, email us and we'll remove it.
